how to get the installed application list ??

I am developing an application where I need to display to the user a list of all the installed application, the application the user installed and the application the was installed form the vendor.

is there any API that I should use ??

Hi,

previously (pre-EKA2) RApaLsSession::GetAllApps() was possible to call. But now due to security restrictions on \sys\bin other way must be used...

GetAllApps works perfectly fine in 3rd edition as well, it can be used also in self-signed application, just do not try to access the actual exe file in sys\bin, but utilize the information gotten with GetNextApp.
