themes in symbian

I just want to ask u that is it possible to make our own themes using symbain. if yes than can u plese help me to guide step by step how can we do that.

How have you managed to find this place? Does "Symbian C++ and Open C > Signing, Certification and Security" really sound like "Content > Themes/Carbide.ui" (http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/fo...ay.php?f=130)?
