Want Recommandation of Phone support AT Command directly

I want a recommandation of mobile phone that can be instructed by AT command directly. I mean AT command can be sent to control the modem in the phone WITHOUT installing driver.

The thing you are asking is not possible, as any pieces of hardware need drivers to work. Pre-installed drivers are not common for mobile phone.

I think all mobile fones can be instructed using AT commands from a computer. Of course you need a cable or infra connection to connect computer to mobile fone. AT commands reference can be found elsewhere on this site.
