Different ringtones depending on voip or gsm call

Hi, is it possible to get a Nokia 6300i to have a different ringtone depending whether it's a incomming voip call or gsm call. I'm living abroad and paying nothing to recieve voip calls, but 27 eurocent/35us cent pr minut to recieve gsm calls.

I can look at the screen, but a different ringtone would be nice as a warning to an expensive call.
