Nokia 6151 reboot

Hi all!
I received a Nokia 6151 last xmas and about two months ago started to reboot without ask me the PIN code this way:

- when turn on in the morning it reboots one two or three times.
- yesterday night i turned it off, then on and every one minute it rebooted continuously.

I restored initial setup from the menu, but it reboots again.

I'd like to know if this happen to someone else and if there's a method to see eventual error codes (also from a log) or test the phone (memory, etc..)
