How to encode a 'Separate Delivery' rights object (.dm file) using SMS?

Hi, I need to send the rights objects for a separate delivery rights via SMS to a phone which has the contents already via SMS. How do I encode the message to achieve this?

You need to send this as WAP push after encoding into WBXML and adding appropriate headers.
