Could any one Plz comment on the difference between SMS and CBS???

SMS is standard service from network operators for sending/receiving short text messages.

CBS (Cell Broadcast message Service) is for broadcasting information about news,traffic and is receive-only for mobile devices. The support of the protocol depends heavily on network operator / device etc...
