how to make .mbm file.(carbideC++)

I have problem.
i'm trying to make .mbm file but fail.
i'm writin' to mmp file...like this

START BITMAP jwIcon_mbm.mbm
TARGETPATH resource\apps
HEADER
SOURCEPATH ..\gfx
SOURCE c12,1 list_icon.bmp list_icon_mask.bmp
END

and Rvct complie but jwIcon_mbm.mbm dosen't create.
what happened?
help me plz...

(my work environment is s60_3rd_fp1 and carbideC++)

Then try Clean build from command line.
