LOADING CONTACTS FROM 6230 TO N70

Hi. First and foremost, sorry for my poor english. I hope you understand me.
I had a Nokia 6230 with a lot of contacts. With Nokia PC Suite 5 (I dont konw exactly the release) I did a backup (*.nbf).
I lost my 6230 and now I have a N70 and Nokia PC Suite 6, but I cant take the backup and send the contacts to my new phone...!!

A solution, please...!!! Thanks...
