Nokia E50 charging problem !?!

My Nokia E50-1 shutdown after low battery.
When I re-charge, it's stop at 71% and don't want continue =(.
Any ideas !?!

One more thing ... after re-starting my phone, battery shows only 42% !!!

IMHO I think its more to do with an end-user stuff...you should contact the Nokia service center for correctional remedies

RESOLVED by ME !!!

Solution:
1. Power off ur phone;
2. Start charge (if not start, remove battery and wait ~5 minutes);
3. Charging will stop after ~2-3 minutes;
4. Unplug charger and plug again ...
5. It's will charge in natural way 100%

Reasons:
I don't know, but in my case it's look like Bluetooth was on, when phone self-off.
