    Hi,

    I have a E65. I can succesfully complete calls via a Cisco Gateway (AS5350), but for whatever reason it appears to fail on calls to a Sipura 3000 Gateway.

    Is there any way to turn on debug inside the E65 to see why? The INVITE/Trying/OK all look ok, but the E65 never ACKs the ok. Any idea why?

    Whats the best way to deal with these issues? Is it possible to open tickets / support requests with Nokia?

    There are many reasons for this kind of behaviour. IP logs of the wlan access point could be helpful. Please send those to niklas.lyback@nokia.com.
