Need to lock app manager. Please advise

Dear all, I'm currently developing an application on 6680. The app will be deployed for use by the field staff of my client. Therefore, I need to find a way to lock the app manager so that the users will not be able to uninstall my app. What is the best way going about it?
Do I use a listener? Please advise on the method and classes/plugin/object as it is very urgent. Many thanks in advance.

The users can always reformat the phone or reinstall the firmware and any and all installed apps will be gone.
