operator logo not working.

i've the following problem. I'm succesfully sending picture messages, but operator logo's dont show. I hear them arive when i put my phone next to a speaker, but nothing shows up. I'm in the netherlans wit a Ben account mcc =204 and ben = 16. (BTW, where can i get a full and updated list with these mcc and mnn codes? When i search the web for it i just see some pages, which looks out dated) My first messages: (i added a space between the user data header and user data (for quios(http sms sending) provider) pusposes only).

Whats wrong with it? I compared them to the FAQ, and the seem to match except for the specific parts as mcc and mnn and image data.

I'v tested it on a Nokia 3330 and 7110.

first look at following link:

As for your code. You are sending logo data only. You have to put message header before data also. Read FAQ carefully. There are several tricks.

the message include two parts;
the first part's header:
0B05041582000000030102013064F0000A
the second part's header:
0B0504158200000003010202
is there any other error with it?and I am from China.
