No, it is not possible to change the WLAN/Wi-Fi MAC address on the phone.

Why do you want to do it? Get around some router's restrictions? It'd be easier to ask the router administrator to add the phone's MAC address to the list of allowed addresses.

Well, yes I need to change mac of my mobile because here I have open wifi network with mac filter on and I know the mac address of this router, but I have not access to this router to add my mac, for this I´d like to change my mac, it will be only way to can use this network

Then your only options are:
- forget about connecting to the router with your phone
- convince whomever administers the router to add your phone's MAC address to the list of allowed devices

well, ...ideed changing the MAC is possible, but believe me .,it would be cheaper (easier) to buy the wifi network or even the admin
