Tab question...

hi everyone,

I am developing an application which contains tab control. I 'd like to ask whether we can build the app like
+ view1 does not use tab, just a list for example.
+ view2 does use tab.

I am new to Symbian, so pleave give me advices. Thank you very much.

do not add the view in rss file then it will not the part of tab.

But in my apps, i have multiple views, and i define the view in the RSS file. so it is still possible for 1 view to use tab while others do not ?

yes i think so did you use NAVI_DECORATOR remove the tab from there.

I am trying to create the tab group dynamically, as one of the example of the nokia. but i when i compiler the project, i get the error for this line

CEikStatusPane* statusPane = StatusPane();

do you have any idea about this error (Undefined Identifier StatusPane)

hi,

During the weekend, i have manged to create tabs dymanically and it works fine for me. But i have a problem. in my app, there are 2 views. In view 1 i dont use tab, in View2 i use tabs created dynamically. However when i switch from view2 back to view1 the tab still there.

Do you guys know what is the problem? Please give me some suggest how to solve it. Thank so much for your help.
