Not stable Connection 6310 with DLR-3P on PC running NT4 SP6

I try to connect my 6310 to my laptop via Cable (DLR-3P)
I have installed Nokia_PC_Suite_4.5a - running NT4 SP6 .
Via Control Control Panel and Nokia Connection Manager the phone can sometimes be detected, but the connection does not remain when I try to use any module of PC Suite.
Is there a way to fix it?

Try to adjust your COM port settings.
Bitrate 115200bps should be optimal.
