Help! PC-Suite does not restore Calendar on 6610i

I use a Nokia 6610i and connect it with my Laptop thru IR. I regularly (every 3 days or so) backup my phone using PC-Suite 6.82.22.0. The most important things for me are Contacts, Calendar, Messages and Images (in that order of importance). Every time I backup the phone into the .nbu files, the backup log reassuringly tells me that *all* these have been backed up from my phone.

Recently some information accidentally got deleted from my phonebook and calendar. I was confident that I can get them restored from my ever-trustworthy backups. I fired up the Restore utility, confidently selected the last backup and hit the RESTORE button.

After it completed, I sadly found out that everythinig EXCEPT the calendar has been restored.

To add to the agony, the restore utility has CLEANLY wiped off ALL the reminders, birthdays & anniversaries from my calendar. Now my calendar is absolutely empty like the Sahara desert.

Is there any way to get the backed up calendar (.nbu) back in to the phone, without causing any other damage?

I'm using Microsoft Outlook to Synchronize everything.
