Beam contacts from Pocket PC to 3360

I am having trouble beaming contacts to my 3360 from a Toshiba e740. The e740 shows that it is sending and then says "done" but the phone never receives the contact. I was successful beaming contacts from a Palm device. Do I need a special driver for the phone?

I use my Palm III to beam contacts to my 3360 -works everytime. You didn't mention this, but I am assuming you know that you need to enable the IR on your phone every time you want to do this.... (Menu | Infared...). You get a blinking icon on the phone display indicating that IR reception is now enabled. It disables on its own after a short while.
