Which SDK to use for Low End Nokia phones programming?

Hi!
I want to know which SDK I need to use in order to program a Nokia 1110i phone with my own application running in it. Also I want to Load my program thourgh the data cable provided with the handset.
Please suggest any SDK for the Nokia Low End phones including Nokia 1110i, 1110,1100,2300,2100, etc

but phone models you have written are not programmable.
