how to do sms routing?

hi to all respondents..

i have a project that involves sms routing..i am really finding it hard on how to use the nokia sdk connectivity options. i will use Visualbasic 6 and 2 mobile devices for input data. how can i put use or make an sms gateway using nokia sdk? i badly need your help coz this project is really importnt.. and anyone help me with this.. am very glad and will be very thank ful to all of you...

i have downloaded sdk 3.0 but it wont setup on my pc. its because i am using windows vista premium. are there any sdks applicable on windows vista??? thanks again!
