Ide or Compiler for Communicator or S60

I am a computer programmer.
There is a compiler( c or c++ ) or an IDE that I can run on a s60 or communicator (e90 for example) for edit the code and run it directly?

There is not a compiler or IDE or other required tools that you could run on the device to write and build native Symbian/S60 C/C++ apps.

In other words, for that you need a PC, or write your code using, e.g, S60 Python, instead.

Ok, but there is a reason because this kind of software doesn't exist? ( for example the hardware is not enough powerful... )

Hardware performance is one reason. Typically available RAM and storage space are others. Limited need/market for such tools is also a reason. Non-availability of some of the tools (only Windows binaries provided) is an additional reason.
