    anyone know where i can download or view the api docs for the s60 3rd edition?

    If you download the SDK, you generally get the docs, too.

    S60 SDKs have C++ docs in C:\Symbian\<version>\<sdk>\S60Doc.

    Java SDKs have Java docs in C:\Nokia\<SDK>\docs.
