I would like to know, which settings for video encoding are the best in order to obtain the highest quality, but without making the phone messing it up during playback. I'm interrested in codec (h.263/mp4), resolution (preferably 176x144), framerate (preferably 30. 15 is still ok), bitrate, vbr/cbr, 1-pass/2-pass, audio codec (aac-lc, but aac-nr is doable), sampling rate (kHz), bitrate, stereo/mono.
