Some general questions on secure element handling:

I read that the SE is locked. How can I develop a trusted applet if to store it I need to know how to unlock the key?
Does any any Demo example of a trusted application applet that I can study, use and test exist?
Anyone knows if there is an available paypass demo applet that could be stored in the SE? ( I need G&D smart cafe' right? )

Supposing that I have the paypass applet on the secure element, is there anything that needs to be developed at "midlet level"? My understanding is that the phone acts in this case exactly as a contactless credit card where the reader is the pos and the phone is the "passive part"?
