How to transfer .wav from PC to 6310i ?

With PC Suite, I'm able to store recorded vocal memos to my pc as .wav files, but how can I upload my own .wav to the 6310i ?

what is the format of the .ncc files ?

There is no documentation or support available for this at Nokia PC Connectivity SDK.
