Configure serial cable on ISDN connection on Win-XP

On 6310, during PC suit 4.5 & 4.8 installation my connection to COM1 is not recognized. I have ISDN dialup modem with Win-Xp. My cable works OK on other PC having normal dialup modem. No instruction available in user manual.

I would appreciate your guidance to configur the connection.
