I want to develop my own WAP site. I'd like to use the server of Nokia but notice that it requires NT 4.0 service pack. Does this mean I have to change my OS to NT (currently is win 98)? If so, is there any alternatives for testing my WAP site, either online or locally? Besides, any recommendation of tools for developing WAP? Thanks in advance.

You can use the Nokia Toolkit along with JRE and personal web server on Windows 98 to serve up your own ASP pages.
