Qt for Symbian 4.6.2 is now downloadable at:

Please be noted Qt 4.6.2 will be preinstalled in all of the Symbian^3 devices, and this is the final release for supporting all of the devices from S60 3rd FP1 onwards. It will guarantee binary compatibility. Main feature included is the Smart installer, which will automatically download Qt libraries if the Qt environment is not there yet on the device. In other words, all of the Symbian phones from S60 FP1 will be able to run Qt application without need to worry installing Qt onto the device. It works like Java and flash on your PC. If the components are not there, they will be automatically downloaded from internet.

描述：
我想让我的程序在后台时刻监控服务器发送过来的wap push消息.
当监控到有wap push消息发过来时，判断是否是我想要的信息.
是则将数据显示到View上，不是则放弃拦截.

问题：
1.我要如何监控到有wap push消息？
2.判断是否是我想截获的wap push这一步：
拦截到的wap push是那种格式的数据？是二进制的吗？
需要对截获的wap push解析(解码)吗？那么怎么样解析wap push消息呢？
解析之后如何和我想要拦截的进行对比呢？
3.如果判断出是我想要拦截的数据，那么我怎么样保存
这些数据并传给其他接口使用呢？
4.如果判断出的结果不是我想要拦截的wap push
那么我还要将这条wap push创建到收件箱，应该怎么样创建呢？

注：目前我能够做到的是用Socket拦截普通短信.
