borland C++builder 6 for nokia 3650 and sx1

Hi 4 all, I want to program with borland C++builder 6 for my nokia 3650 and sx1.
I have borland C++builder 6 and Series 60 SDK 1.2 for Symbian OS.
How to make borland C++builder 6 work for programming to nokia 3650 and sx1???

I have downloaded and installed Borland_v1_2_S60_Nokia_Edition.
But i have error builder cant find abldb.pl on path. Why?
I think this is tools -> mobile options -> edit -> root dir set bad (c:\). What dir to set there?

Is Perl installed properly on your PC?

I think yes on C:\Symbian\perl. Maybe the root dir is bad?
