    The Telephone Nokia 3250. When use internet (GPRS/EDGE) through telephone (the Telephone is connected to computer through cable) at free moments of time telephone begins be rebooted. Updating phone software nothing do not give. Where possible place bug report and what collect the necessary log's?
    Please, help me.

    I thought beside you telephone will die to do the memory dumps, when falls (is rebooted) his operating system. Or there is software, allowing do this. If your specialists have told as this possible do, I have sent You dump's. The Specialists watch their and have understood what is wrong. Can, something simply lost, but can be this bug in firmware. It is Necessary to understand, and I want, as person technically literate help You.

    Or You want to say that in home condition this impossible and me straight line road in service centre?

    Service centre can't help me.
