Unable to install DevCertRequest

Hi all,

I have downloaded the latest version of DevCertRequest.exe. However, when i double click to install, the program does not run. Does anyone have any idea why?

I can't install DevCertRequest2.0 too. what's wrong with me ,i use winxp pro sp2, vs.net2003, and ,if i can use readdevicedate and writedevicedate camplite aften signe use devlop key.

I have the very same problem, devcerrequest tool won't start!
I can see it in the processes list but it exits after a couple of seconds without any sort of error or warning

The md5 of the installer I downloaded from https://www.symbiansigned.com/DevCer..._2006_v2.0.exe

is:

c7a0c59987faf955bacfe0ad2d1b5fe1 *DevCertRequest_30_10_2006_v2.0.exe

anybody knows how to solve this issue ?

It's been reported and is under investigation. Best to post future questions about this there, since the Signed team read and respond on there primarily.

I install a plug in version of the DevCertRequest into carbide in the end to generate the CSR. It works for me.
