You could find all S60 device informations from www.s60.com.

And from that site you could find out that E62 does not have GPS build in it, though you could use the BT-GPS module with it.

Isn't there anyway i can use GPS in E62 without Bluetooth or serial port?

and if the only way is using bluetooth, how does it work, i mean does it connect to another phone with bluetooth and GPS to find the location?

No, you use a separate Bluetooth GPS receiver. The phone connects to the receiver, and the receiver gets/calculates the position info + altitude, speed, direction, etc., based on satellite data.

Then you use software on the phone to display the data from the Bluetooth GPS receiver (and do navigation, get directions to locations, etc.).

There is also the possibility of network-based positioning, but it is not nearly as accurate as when using GPS, and many networks do not support it at all (or, at least, do not provide the info to applications running on the phone, or sometimes just to special apps/services by the network operator/carrier).

Also note that if you have a AT&T / Cingular branded E62 and you plan to create a Java MIDlet for locationing, you need the operator (AT&T/Cingular) sign your MIDlet
