I'm connected to one of the RDA N97s, but whenever I press a button the phone displays the message "Use keyguard switch to unlock screen and keys". I've searched and can't find a way to use the keyguard switch through RDA. I tried rebooting the phone but by the time the window has picked up the phone has restarted it is locked again. Am I missing something?

autokeylock was activated on that device (fixed that)

seems like the keylock button is still missing from the N97 stylesheet, lets see if we can get that fixed.

one question about the performance of RDA.

I develop homescreen widgets for Nokia N97. It seems that the display of changes on the screen is delayed. E. g. I use JavaScript animations and they are either not displayed or delayed.

first of all, thanks for this great service.

I'm facing a strange problem - I'm new with this service and try to use the N97 - (using win xp professional SP3 and IE 8), the interface starts (I see the menu, the phone, ...) and closes directly and automatically after 3/4 seconds without I have time to do something !! but the N97 stays reserved for me, I have tried 3 times, always the same problem.
I have cleared the java cache, bitdefender firewall allows the connections ...

Anybody can help me please ?

You can try if switching IE8 to compatibility mode helps (Tools/Compatibility View Settings).

thanks for that but this doesn't help.
Have switched to compatibility view in IE before selecting a phone, have reserved a phone (N95), the RDA panel opens with the phone, I have 3/4 seconds during I can navigate, open the menus, have tips when crossing some buttons and then, the application (RDA panel) closes !
If I go back to http://apu.ndhub.net, the phone stays reserved for me.

PS: sorry for the others users if I reserve/cancel the reservation so quickly, I'm making tests !

Obviously RDA causes minor delay, e.g quick transitions etc. might not be as smooth. But this sounds more like a possible issue with the device/device firmware itself.
