Where we can find a Tutorial to Apply Into Carbide 3.1.1 realy Good resolution Application Icons?

I have this problem:

Theme in resolution 240 x 320

Help Icon:
in the layer carbide say: "Image (SVG, 49 x 49):


I take my png Help Icon and reside to 49 x 49 into fireworks and save as Png Icon;

I take png help icon 49 x 49 and open in illustrator 12........and save as SVG help Icon;

In carbide paste the svg help icon:

.
result in the phone:
in the grid the help icons is realy ok:


but if I open HELP the icons appare in top sx:
..........this Icon is not ok!!!!

In carbide help icon is in 49 x 49 but other icons are in 60 x 60
........
If in help icon I don't use 49 x 49 but I use 60 x 60 the result in the phone is:
Help icon in grid is not Ok
Help icon in top is Ok
