What do you mean does not work? Do you have a SIM card in the phone from some U.S. carrier? Does the SIM card get accepted or is the phone SIM locked? If you have a SIM card fomr some other country, do you have international roaming set up?

Please be more specific in describing your problem

i buy this phone from pakistan but its made in china nokia n95-s its unlocked i can try cingular and t-mobile usa sim card but got msg no servies
then i try 2 update phone software from nokia.com but got usb cable driver missing coz i dont have cd with this phone

Hmmm... Did you buy the phone from a reliable store?
The U.S. GSM frequencies are different from the GSM frequencies used in other parts of the world. However N95 supports also those frequencies. Although it looks like that phone you have does not support those frequencies as it gets no service in here. Odd..
