Help with Nokia 2610

My screen's cracked, so I can't see anything on it. I took out my SIM card and put it in another phone, only to find out all my contacts are on the phone's memory, not the card. So is there anything I can do to get the contacts from the phone to the SIM card? I don't feel like going to Cingular and paying $25.

Or if anyone has the same phone and can tell me which buttons to push that'd be great, too.
