Key Pair for Certification

Hi,

im trying to transert my new S60 Theme created by Carbide.ui.
When i try to create the sis-package it asks me the Key Pair.
For creating the key pair i need a Private Key file (that i have) and a Certificate file (that i DONT have).

So where can i find the certificate?

can you not just create a new key pair? thats what ive done when ive been creating themes?
