    Is it possible to put new themes on a 6220

    If so how can i put them on

    AFAIK 6220 does not support themes.

    what about upgrading the firmware is possible to do it myself or do i have to go to a nokia service centre or something to get it done for me?

    You can't update firmware of 6220 by your own. You have to visit the Nokia service center for a firmware update.
