Call Restriction feature

Good Morning / Good Afternoon / Good Evening

I have a simple query :

Does any model of Nokia provide call restriction facility i.e., if anyone wants he/she can restrict incoming calls from any no. of his/her own choice.

AFAIK there is no app for this that would be pre-installed in nokia phones, but most likely you could buy one and install it to your phone by yourself (at least Symbian S60 devices should have such applications selling in somewhere).
