Application UI freezes

Hi All

I've made an application for file encryption in s60.
But while encrypting big files(say more than 3/4 Mb), the UI gets freezed for few seconds which i don't want.
Can anyone tell me what can i do to avoid the freezing of the UI while encrypting big files?

you could propably fix it by avoiding loops and making them with Actie objects instead.
