Unable to install: Downloading failed!

I was trying to install my jad file into my phone but it keeps says downloading failed. I read some posts that says the jad file needs to locate the jar file. But i put the jar file in my phone it stills say downloading failed. How am i to cure this problem?

Here's my pkg file:

MIDlet-Jar-URL: PaintCAD.jar
MIDlet-Jar-Size: 270829
MIDlet-Name: PaintCAD
MIDlet-Version: 1.9
MIDlet-Vendor: PbICb
MIDlet-1: PaintCAD, /icons/iconka.png, paintcad.PaintCAD


If you would, u could edit the whole thing and post it here so i could just delete whatever inside my file and post ur new ones
