    Hi,

I've searched the forum, but I can't find an answer to my problem.

I have a midlet which is signed by a Verisign certificate. I use:

    MIDlet-Permissions: javax.microedition.io.Connector.file.read, javax.microedition.io.Connector.file.write

I install the midlet on a 6630 and an N95. When I run the application I'm still asked for permission to open a file. It seems there's no way to have this set automatically, right?

On the 6630 I can go to the Application Manager, find my midlet and look up Suite Settings to set the application access to "always allowed".

Can anyone please tell me where this is on the N95?

    Thanks!

since it's an 60 3rd ed device, you should find "tools->application manager". There you can select the app from the list and then on option select "suite settings". There you can set the security behaviours.

    best regards

N95, application manager. There is a menu item "Open" when you press the Middle key, the settings are there (it is not the first place I would look, I admit...)
