3220 NFC Shell communication problem (Error Code: -6)

We've done all the setting and installation which written in the user manual. Is there any other setting we should do which is not described in the user manual?

While we tried to connect the Secure element on the phone by jcop shell, we got the following message, would somebody please help us to find out what the problem is?

The Nokia NFC cover products implement only Nokia proprietary APIs for accessing the NFC functionality. Contactless Communication API (JSR-257) is not included in Nokia NFC cover products, due to the fact that the open standard did not exist at the time when the cover products were produced. The Nokia proprietary APIs are only included in the SDKs for the Nokia NFC cover products.

The SDKs for developing applications for Nokia NFC cover products (Nokia NFC shell for Nokia 3220, Nokia Field Force NFC shell for Nokia 5140 and 5140i, Nokia NFC shell for payment and ticketing for Nokia 3220) have been available only for licensed customers, which were allowed to use the SDK for selected NFC use cases and applications. The SDKs has not been publicly available through Forum Nokia. Also the support for the SDK was provided under the license agreement.

When Nokia 6131 NFC with the Contactless Communication API (JSR-257) was introduced, the Nokia NFC cover products and SDKs were ramped down.
