help! some question about Ring

I read Smart Message 3.0
but i have some question about ring.
1. if <ringing-tone-programming-lanuage> main a ring? if not what is the ralation between them.
2. a ring can have several <command-part>, <song-pattern>, how they build to a ring?
3. i can't find define of <unicode> and <cancel-comand-specifier>. is someone can tell me?

Informative example can be found from Smart Messaging specification v3.0 at page 5-9, table 5-3. It gives you a good starting point how to create tones.
