Linux tools for 6070?

My Present Mobile is a Nokia 6070.
I am using Linux.
What tools are there for developing for Nokia 6070 - on Linux?

I am also having a Problem with USB Cable, The Driver is for Windows.

Nokia has not released any cable drivers for Linux. I don't know if the 6070 is one of the models that support regular USB mass storage class behaviour; if it is, then just connect it in USB mass storage mode (sometimes called "data transfer" mode by Nokia models) and at lleast the memory card is then visible as a regular USB drive).
