"Constrained by certificate" on development certificate

Aaarrrgg!!! I suffered through a problem that appeared to be a signing problem but really it was the result of having imported a copy of my "existing" project into Carbide C++.

In the Debug.. configuration the Installation file is still set to the old location before I copied my project. So no matter what I tried I was still getting the "constrained" error.

I guess the lesson is to delete all Debug configurations after you import and existing project into your workspace.
