Hi friends,
First I did a search to see if a similar question has been discussed, but didn't see any similar queries.
I have been able to register my E61i with my enterprise PBX. Now, I can dial employee extension over 'internet call' with access point being WLAN. No problem there.
But when I want to dial an outbound PSTN/Cell number that is in my contact list using the VoIP through our PBX, our PBX (and I am sure all PBXes that I know of) need a certain digit to be prefixed. In my case, it is '9' and the PBX is Avaya.
Currently I have no way to dial from my contact list because the VoIP client doesn't have that option for me to prefix the '9' to a 9-digit number. But all soft clients I have used before have that configurable option.
Can you please point me to where I can find this configuration option or any other way to solve this issue?
Appreciate any help in this matter.
thanks a lot
