regarding DRM application in nokia 40 series 5th edition phones

I want to make a DRM application for Nokia 40 series phone(5300), I have downloaded Nokia 40 series 5th edition SDK but I did not find the API in it.
Please let me is it possible to make the DRM application for nokia 40 series phone(5300)

I want to make a application which will fetch the .drm or .dcf file which has been transfer through USB port and register with the DRM agent which is there in phones.

There is no specific API for DRM functions. However you can playback DRM protected files with normal MMAPI function calls.
