Application Access setting for phone call

I understand that the security setting for making a phone call through midlet (platformRequest("tel:number")) is "No Access" and "Always Asks" for both untrusted 3rd party and trusted 3rd party. But where can I adjust this setting?

I have a midlet application installed in my Nokia 6133 and I want to disable phone call for this app. I have been looking over the application access setting but I don't see one for phone call.

However I do not think that there is a specific setting for phone call at least on the generic models. (is your phone generic Nokia model or branded to an operator? If branded, to which operator?)

This is a unbranded Nokia 6131. It was a t-mobile 6133 (USA) but I flashed it with unbranded 6131. Any idea?

So is the problem that you cannot make a call, or you want to restrict some app from making a call?
And as I said, on generic models there is no restrictions for platformRequest("tel:...")

Then my question becomes which models have this setting. The new S40 V5 will have 4 choices for phone call access:

No Access
Always Ask
Ask Once
Always Allow

In which models of phones that I can make it always allow for my application?

if you want to be able to choose al of thoes options you will have to sign your application.
