midlet doent not work my phone

hello ,
i made an midlet with netbeans editor. i compile it , it is runon ne netbeans.
But when i send it to my phone(nokia 6600) it isn't work.
phone gives. !unvalid version error!
Also;
it run with Sun wireless tool kit. but i couldnt build with Sun wireless tool kit..

i couldnt understand any thing.
is there any one to help me?

My guess is that you have built the MIDlet for CLDC 1.1 devices and 6600 only supports CLDC 1.0. You rebuild the MIDlet for CLDC 1.0 and try again.
